Appellants, Liberty-Bel, Inc. and Daniel Oljaca, appeal from a judgment of the Trumbull County Court of Common Pleas enjoining appellants from displaying off-premises advertising on a billboard they own near Interstate 80. For the reasons that follow, we affirm the judgment of the trial court.
