MEMORANDUM OPINION

JAMES R. MILLER, Jr., District Judge.

In this case, the court has decided that the two children of the decedent, Audrey Harmon, rather than her estranged husband, are properly the beneficiaries of a group life insurance policy. The facts and law compelling this result are summarized below in this Memorandum Opinion which shall constitute the court’s Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law, pursuant to Rule 52, F.R.Civ.P.
