**411Christy Byrd, as next friend of Julia B., a minor, appeals a trial court order denying her motion for a new trial and/or judgment notwithstanding the verdict (JNOV), arguing the trial court erred in declining to find the obstetric emergency statute inapplicable to this case as a matter of law. We affirm.
