DOMINGUEZ, District Judge.

The instant case is a medical malpractice suit brought against defendant United States of America (“USA”) pursuant to the Federal Tort Claims (“FTCA”), 28 U.S.C.A. § 2671 et seq. Plaintiffs, Oscar and Karin McGraw claim damages for the injuries caused to them resulting from alleged negligent acts and omissions constituting medical malpractice by agents and employees of the Department of Veterans Affairs (“VA”).
