Defendants appeal from a judgment entered in favor of plaintiff on a breach of contract claim. The subject of the contract was the sale of a corporation, together with its assets, and the assignment of plaintiffs leasehold interest in the premises where the corporation conducted its business. That business was the operation of a restaurant and lounge, and the corporate assets consisted of equipment, inventory, goodwill and a liquor license.
