RANSOM, Chief Justice.
Plaintiffs-appellants John B. Castle, J. Bob Herell, and the Ellwade Corporation (collectively referred to in the singular as “Castle”) appeal from a declaratory judgment entered against them and in favor of defendantsappellees J.P. McKnight and Beulah M. McKnight (“McKnights”).
