This is a legal malpractice action which plaintiff has brought against her former counsel, Sheldon Miller (Miller), for his alleged failure to properly represent her in a damage claim arising out of a March 21, 1974 automobile accident. Plaintiff retained Miller shortly after the accident and discharged him in the fall of 1977 at which time she retained Nemberg and Nernberg (Nernberg) to act as her counsel in this matter.
