This is an original habeas corpus sued out by Alexander Meggett, and by the return and pleadings brings before us the same record which was considered upon a writ of certiorari in State ex rel. Meggett v. O' Neill, 104 Wis. 227. The material facts appearing by the record are fully set forth in the report of that case. It was there decided that the complaints made by the relator, whether for error or for want of jurisdiction, were reviewable on appeal, and for that reason this court would not exercise its extraordinary supervisory power upon certiorari.
