Before this Court is Defendant Richard Ojeda's ("Defendant") Motion to Dismiss. (ECF No. 6.) For the reasons explained more fully herein, Defendant's motion is DENIED.
I. BACKGROUND
Plaintiff David Woolsey ("Plaintiff") brought this action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983, alleging that Defendant violated Plaintiff's First Amendment rights by taking actions that led to the termination of Plaintiff's employment.
