MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

WARREN, District Judge.

On April 16, 1975, the plaintiff, Judith Hoppe, commenced her action against the named defendants. Subsequently, on May 20,1975, the Court granted plaintiff, Thomas Hoppe, leave to proceed in forma pauper-is in case 75-C-278. Subsequently, the cases were consolidated and at the request of the Court, Attorneys Curry First and Stephen Glynn entered appearances on behalf of Thomas and Judith Hoppe, respectively.
