ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANT’S MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

LETTS, District Judge.

Defendant Insurance Company of North America (“INA”) has moved for summary *747judgment in this wrongful termination suit brought by Plaintiff Lewis Eisenberg. Having reviewed the submissions of both parties, and having heard oral argument of counsel, the Court has decided that the motion should be GRANTED.
