—This suit-was brought by the appellee, a private corporation, to recover of appellants an undivided one-half interest in a tract of land described in its petition and for partition. The plaintiff claimed under a sale of the land under execution by the sheriff of Bosque County to oneEmmerson. The land was levied upon and sold as the property of Simpson Holloway, one of appellants. It was conveyed to him in the year 1875.
