Pannell, Judge.

This case involves an action in trover by Chesterfield Laundry, Inc. against Hudgins & Company, Inc., in which a jury found for the plaintiff, and a cross action in trover by the defendant, in which the jury found against the defendant. No question is raised in the court below or in this court as to whether such a cross action was proper, and that question is not decided here. See Code § 107-102.
