OPINION

WALLACE, Senior Circuit Judge:

Last year, we issued an opinion affirming (for the most part) the district court’s decision to enter a permanent injunction enjoining Sheriff Joseph M. Arpaio and the Maricopa County Sheriffs Office (MCSO) from conducting racially discriminatory traffic stops. Melendres v. Arpaio (Melendres II), 784 F.3d 1254, 1267 (9th Cir.2015).
