Tbe indictment charges that Ed. 0. Graft and others (naming them), “being dealers and distributers of milk and carrying on and conducting such business severally and independently each from the other, but controlling and handling in the aggregate a large supply of the fresh milk sold for human consumption and used within the city of Wilmington and county of New Hanover, did, on or about 20 October, 1913, within the State and county aforesaid, knowingly, wickedly, and unlawfully conspire, contract, and agree among themselves, and with each other, not to sell fresh milk to consumers…
