Petitioner appeals by leave granted trial court orders granting respondent’s motion to dismiss and reinstating petitioner’s obligation to pay filing fees. We affirm.

Petitioner is a prison inmate. In September 1994, he filed a petition with the Ingham Circuit Court appealing the determination of a Department of Corrections hearing officer that petitioner had committed a major misconduct violation. In October 1994, the trial court granted petitioner’s motion to waive or suspend filing fees “to ensure [petitioner] of a timely review of [his] complaint,” but reserved the right to reinstate the…
