As the assignee of the reinsurance receivables of NEM Re-Insurance Corporation, formerly known as Federated Reinsurance Company (“Federated”), Plaintiff NEM Re Receivables, LLC (“NEM Re”) seeks (1) an accounting for amounts owed by Defendant Fortress Re, Inc. (“Fortress”); (2) the amount found to be due as a result of the accounting, including prejudgment and post-judgment interest; and (3) attorneys’ fees and costs. (Dkt. No. 1.)
