James C. Woodham, proceeding pro se, sued Donnamarie 1 Dubas. In his second, amended complaint, he alleged that Dubas, a police officer, violated his right to due process of law when she gave false statements related to the sale of methamphetamine in February and March of 2002 to support a search warrant. He also claimed that Dubas, with Woodham’s ex-girlfriend, Lorraine Pearsal, illegally entered his home without a warrant on February 5, 2002, February 19, 2002, and February 26, 2002.
