Plaintiff Maureen E. Leyda (“Mrs.Ley-da”), suing individually and as executrix of the estate of her late husband Charles L. Leyda (“Leyda”), appeals from so much of a judgment of the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut, Janet C. Hall, Judge, as denied her attorney’s fees as the prevailing party in this action against defendant AlliedSignal, Inc. (“Al-liedSignal”), for violation of its duty under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (“ERISA”), 29 U.S.C. §§ 1001-1461 (1994), to disclose to Leyda the terms of an employee benefit plan.…
