Plaintiff Thomas Ridinger appeals from a judgment of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, Frank Maas, Magistrate Judge, dismissing his complaint against his former employer, defendant Dow Jones & Company Inc. (“Dow Jones”) seeking monetary and equitable relief for alleged age discrimination in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”), 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq., and state law.
