REAVLEY, Circuit Judge:

Plaintiff-appellant Matt Gray appeals the summary judgment dismissing his federal and state contract claims against KrausAnderson Construction Company (Kraus) and Local 714 of the International Union of Operating Engineers (Local), and his state fraud claims against Local officials. We affirm the dismissal of his federal and state contract claims, but reverse as to his claim for fraudulent inducement.
