Defendant, Richard Leo Lopez, appeals the judgment of conviction entered after the trial court denied his Crim. P. 32(d) motion to withdraw his guilty plea. We affirm.

Defendant was charged with first degree murder after deliberation, felony murder, attempted first degree murder, and first degree assault in connection with an incident in which gunshots were fired into a pickup truck, killing the driver and injuring the passenger.
