Defendant, Phillip J. Zuniga, Sr., appeals the order denying his motion for postconviction relief. We affirm.

In a consolidated plea agreement reached in three cases, defendant pleaded guilty to one count of theft by receiving and two counts of unlawful distribution, manufacturing, dispensing, sale, and possession of marihuana and marihuana concentrate.
