SUMMERS, Justice.

The plaintiff, Home Gas & Fuel Co., Inc., ■and its insurers, Travelers Insurance Company, Commercial Standard Insurance Company and Stuyvesant Insurance Company, instituted this suit against Mississippi Tank Co., Inc., and its insurer, New Amsterdam Casualty Company, to recover damages incurred by plaintiffs due to fire which resulted from the accidental discharge of gas from a propane-butane truck tank of Home Gas & Fuel Co., Inc.
