Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Rose, J.), entered July 6, 1992 in Tioga County, which dismissed petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, to review a determination of respondents denying petitioner’s application to be recertified for receipt of food stamp benefits.
