Defendant has appealed from a judgment entered against him on a verdict in an action of replevin brought in the court below for the recovery of three horses and a set of hand made work harness and two halters and one collar, which it is admitted plaintiff had given to defendant in trade or exchange for a tractor, a gray mare, a note for $50 and $10 in cash. Defendant filed a counter bond and retained possession of the property, which the jury found to be worth $905 to plaintiff.
