KeJoyce Brown failed to pay the rent due under her residential real property lease and her landlord, Bedford Hill Community, obtained a judgment for possession of the premises from a Pennsylvania magisterial district judge. Before Bedford Hill could obtain possession of the real property, Brown appealed the decision and commenced this bankruptcy case.
