The Zoning Hearing Board of the City of Allentown (Board) issued a Decision on October 9, 2013, denying Column Realty L.L.C.’s (Column Realty) request for a variance for God’s Grace Adolescent Treatment Center to convert a vacant Lehigh County Corrections Center, located at 324-330 North 6th Street (property), into a drug and alcohol rehabilitation center for teenage males, and to erect a non-illuminated, free-standing sign in front of the facility.
