To the Honorable the House of Representatives of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

The Justices of the Supreme Judicial Court respectfully submit these answers to questions set forth in an order of the House dated June 6, 1956, and transmitted to us on June 11.

The questions relate to a pending bill which would redraft c. 121A, § 10, of the Tercentenary Edition of the General Laws as originally enacted by St. 1945, c. 654, § 1, and as previously amended by St. 1953, c. 647, § 3, providing for the taxation of urban redevelopment corporations.
