MEMORANDUM OPINION

AMY BERMAN JACKSON, District Judge.

Morris Speight-Bey (“the petitioner”) filed a petition for a writ of habeas corpus under 28 U.S.C. § 2241. On consideration of the petition and the respondent’s opposition, the Court will deny the petition.
