In a support proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 4, the husband appeals from an order of the Family Court, Rockland County (Stanger, J.), entered October 2, 1985, which, upon finding him guilty, after a hearing, of willfully violating a prior support order, directed he be committed to jail for three months.

Ordered that the order is reversed, without costs or disbursements, and the matter is remitted to the Family Court, Rockland County, for a new hearing and determination.
