The plaintiffs, Kadar Development Corporation and Mohican Valley Corporation, hereinafter referred to as Kadar Corporation and Mohican Corporation respectively, brought this action to recover damages for breach of an oral contract allegedly entered into by the plaintiff Kadar Corporation and the defendant. The issues were tried to the court which rendered judgment for the plaintiff Kadar Corporation only. The defendant has appealed from that judgment.
