Relator, Benny W. Volner, filed a petition for writ of mandamus asking this court to compel respondent, the Honorable Tracy L. Storie, Judge of the Circuit Court of Texas County, to comply with the requirements of Rule 29.15 with respect to relator’s “Motion to Vacate, Set Aside or Correct the Judgment or Sentence.” Having reviewed and considered relator’s petition and exhibits, and having received no suggestions in opposition or other response to the petition, we conclude that relator is entitled to relief.
