HIGGINS, Justice.. We granted a writ of certiorari in this case, directed to the Court of Appeal of the Second Circuit, to review its opinion and decree annulling the judgment of the Twenty-sixth Judicial District Court for the Parish of Webster, in favor of the plaintiff and against the defendant, and rendering judgment in reconvention against the plaintiff.
