Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Ira Gammerman, J.), entered July 21, 1995, which granted petitioner’s CPLR article 78 petition and annulled an eligible list, based on the results of a civil service examination administered by the New York City Department of Personnel, for the position of Captain in the New York City Department of Correction, unanimously reversed, on the law, without costs or disbursements, and the petition dismissed.
