SCHOONMAKER, District Judge.

This is a patent suit relating to clothes wringers. It involves (1) proceedings under Section 4915, R.S., 35 U.S.C.A. § 63, in which plaintiffs are seeking an adjudication to the effect that they are entitled according to law to receive a patent for the alleged invention according to the claim of the Etten application 648,409, filed December 22, 1932, as against the two Kauffman applications, Nos. 621,921 and 621,922, both filed on July 11, 1932; and (2) the counterclaim of defendants charging plaintiffs with infringement of Webster Patent No. 1,439,655; Gehrlein…
