Eventrestrooms.com, L.P. (“Event”) brought this action against Entergy Services, Inc. (“Entergy”) alleging claims for breach of contract and quantum meruit. Entergy filed a counterclaim, alleging that Event overbilled Entergy for its services and that, as a result, Entergy is entitled to partial repayment for the amounts inappropriately invoiced. Entergy has filed a motion for summary judgment, and Event has responded.
