Appellants Alan F. Gersman and Computer Security International (“CSI”) appeal the district court’s decision dismissing their claims against Group Health Association, Inc. (“GHA”) for lack of standing and for a failure to state a claim under both § 1981 of the Civil Rights Act and the District of Columbia Human Rights Act (“DCHRA”), D.C.Code § 1-2501 et seq. 725 F.Supp. 573.
