These áre cross-libels for collision, in which the usual conflict of testimony is presented. I find the facts to be as follows: The steam barge Florence is a large vessel of her class, about 100 feet long and 22 feet beam, and runs regularly between Philadelphia and Bridgeton. On the afternoon of April 10, 1906, she left Philadelphia on one of her trips, carrying freight and drawing about 8 feet of water, and was proceeding south on the Delaware river.
