Declaratory judgment action by four physician-members of the Kansas City College of Osteopathic Medicine, a general not for profit corporation, against the Corporation and members of its Board of Trustees for determination that certain bylaw amendments purportedly adopted July 17, 1972, were adopted in excess of the power of the Board and for injunction against acting under such amendments.
