Jay W. Beeson (Beeson) petitions for review of the findings and conclusions of the Board of Commissioners of the Idaho State Bar (the Board) denying Beeson’s claim for an award from the Idaho Clients’ Security Fund (the Fund) based on the alleged dishonest conduct of Beeson’s former attorney, Bryant E. Behrmann (Behrmann).
