In an information filed in the District Court for Platte County on May 23, 1975, the defendant, Steven M. Bridgmon, was charged in count I with a burglary of the Brown Derby Cocktail Lounge in Columbus, Nebraska, on or about May 11, 1975; and in count II with the burglary of Larry’s Drive In Liquors in Columbus, Nebraska, on or about February 26, 1975.
