Plaintiff Yvonne Deloris Albert brought the present adversarial action against her former husband, debtor/defendant Willie Al bert, Jr., seeking to determine the discharge-ability of a state court judgment in her favor. She had obtained this judgment, in the principal amount of $23,810.80 with accrued interest of $6,276.77 as of April 1,1994, for her former husband’s failure to make contributions from his Air Force retirement benefits, as required under the division of property entered as a part of their July 31, 1994 divorce decree.
