This was a bill in chancery, brought by Eliza Hiner, Susan McElroy and Edward T. McElroy against Emily C. McElroy, for a partition of the south-west quarter of section 13, township 25, north, of range 10, west of the 3d principal meridian, in Iroquois county, Illinois. The complainants are the sisters and brother, and the defendant is the widow, of Henry McElroy, who died intestate on or about October 8, 1882.
