Claiming ownership by inheritance plaintiffs, the son and daughter and only surviving heirs at law of Wilson S. Jones, deceased, instituted this action to set aside a warranty deed under which the defendant Isaac S. Jones asserts fee-simple title to a valuable farm of about 240 acres, situated in Minnehaha county, of which it is alleged in the complaint their father died seised on the 3d day of October, 1902.
