—Judgment unanimously affirmed. Memorandum: Defendant appeals from a judgment convicting him upon a jury verdict of arson in the third degree (Penal Law § 150.10 [1]) and other charges as a result of a fire that destroyed his mobile home. We reject the contention of defendant that he was denied due process of law by the delay in perfecting his appeal. Defendant failed to demonstrate any prejudice resulting from the delay (see, People v Cousart, 58 NY2d 62, 68; People v Jackson, 258 AD2d 920, lv denied 93 NY2d 926; People v Foley, 203 AD2d 952, lv denied 83 NY2d 967).
