HOLLAND, Justice:

The defendant-appellant, Jarreau Ayers (“Ayers”), was indicted on single counts of non-capital Murder in the First Degree, Conspiracy in the First Degree, Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony, and Possession of a Firearm by a Person Prohibited. Following a jury trial, he was found guilty on all charges. He was sentenced that same day.
