Memorandum Opinion

This matter is before the court on the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County’s (“Metro”) Amended Objection to Confirmation of Anna She-neater Gift’s (“Debtor”) Chapter 13 Plan. More specifically, Metro, as an overse-cured creditor, objects because the debt- or’s plan does not provide for post-petition interest (12%) and post-petition penalty (6%) (for a total of 18% post-petition) on its tax claim pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 506, 11 U.S.C. § 511, and Tenn.Code Ann. § 67-5-2010 (“T.C.A.”).
