MEMORANDUM OPINION
JOHN H. SQUIRES, Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter comes before the Court on the complaint of Susan Netherton, David Neth-erton, and Omnicon, Ltd. (collectively the “Plaintiffs”) objecting to the discharge of John Richard Baker and Grace Elaine Baker (collectively the “Debtors”) pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 727(a)(2)(A) and (a)(4)(A). For the reasons set forth herein, the Court hereby grants judgment in favor of the Plaintiffs on Count II of the complaint as to John Richard Baker, but not as to Grace Elaine Baker.
