These appeals are from the denial of counsel fees in proceedings reported as Levin et al. and Peoples-Pittsburgh Trust Company, Trustee, v. Pittsburgh United Corporation et al., 330 Pa. 457, 199 A. 332, two suits which grew out of the sale, in September 1930, by the corporation, for convenience called United, of substantially all its assets for 108,402 shares of common stock of United States Steel Corporation then selling at 155. United had issued and outstanding two kinds of stock: 389,963 shares of common and 58,212 shares of 7% cumulative preferred stock…
